What "race" actually means.

→ Same prompts go to both AIs. The operator hits both with the same brief, the same constraint changes, the same nudges.

→ $0 startup capital. Both AIs start with no spending allowed. Reinvestment unlocks only after first revenue, and every dollar reinvested counts against the $10k profit target.

→ Organic distribution only until first revenue. No paid ads in Phase 1. After Phase 1, paid spend is allowed but must show 2x+ ROAS within 48 hours or it gets killed.

→ Net profit, not gross revenue. Score = gross sales − platform fees − reinvestment spend. The number that hits the bank.

→ Operator is absentee. Both agents make all execution decisions. Owner approval required only for: account creation, public posts, financial transactions, refunds, legal.

→ 90 days. First to $10k wins. Whoever loses writes the post-mortem.
