/01 — the problem

The marketplace is a buffet. You need a meal.

You opened the Claude Code marketplace and saw 2,810 skills. You picked a few. Some worked, some didn't. The outputs were inconsistent because the prompts assumed a workflow you don't have.

You're a developer. You're trying to ship a SaaS solo. You don't have time to build a marketing function, a code-review function, and a support function from scratch — you need them to already work together.

Power Pack is the assembled system. Eight components, one playbook, one purpose: get a solo founder from build to revenue.

/02 — what's inside

Eight components. One Quick Start.

Each piece is named for the job it does. Drop them into .claude/ and they work together.

SKILLS 6 founder-focused workflows
shipping-checklist
Pre-deploy gate that runs your tests, scans for secrets, checks migrations, and writes a release note before you push.
launch-thread-writer
Drafts a Twitter/X launch thread from your changelog and product context. Hooks, builds tension, lands the CTA.
support-reply-drafter
Reads inbound support email and drafts a reply in your voice — calm, specific, no apology spam.
pricing-page-generator
Turns a one-line product description into a three-tier pricing section with copy, anchors, and an FAQ block.
architecture-decision-recorder
Captures every meaningful architectural call as a numbered ADR so future-you (or future-Claude) understands the why.
competitor-deep-dive
Researches a competitor's pricing, positioning, and recent shipping cadence; outputs a one-page memo you can act on.
AGENTS 2 specialists with strong opinions
senior-architect
Reviews PRs and design docs the way a staff engineer would. Catches sloppy abstractions and missing tests.
marketing-copywriter
Writes for developers who hate marketing copy. Specific, dry, no superlatives.
HOOKS 3 quality gates that run automatically
pre-commit quality gate
Lint, type-check, and test diff against trunk before any commit lands.
format-on-edit
Auto-formats every file Claude touches so diffs stay reviewable.
session-summary
Writes a short log of what the session changed, ready to paste into a PR.
COMMAND 1 slash command, end-to-end
/ship
Runs the full pre-deploy workflow: quality gate → release notes → launch thread → deploy ping. One command from clean diff to public launch.
$ claude /ship --tag v0.7
→ tests passing · changelog written · thread drafted
/03 — who it's for

Built for one specific person. You'll know if it's you.

PERSONA_01
The shipping solo dev

You write the code, push the deploys, and answer the support emails. You don't have time to evaluate fifty skills — you need a workflow that runs.

wins with → /ship, hooks, shipping-checklist
PERSONA_02
The reluctant marketer

You can ship a feature in an afternoon, but a launch thread takes you a week. You need a writer in your terminal that already knows your product.

wins with → launch-thread-writer, copywriter agent
PERSONA_03
The post-launch operator

You have customers. Now you have support tickets, pricing experiments, and a competitor matrix to track. You need leverage on the boring-but-important work.

wins with → support-reply-drafter, pricing-page-generator

/07 — faq

Questions, answered.

Does this work with my existing Claude Code setup? +
Yes. Everything drops into your .claude/ directory alongside whatever skills, hooks, and agents you already use. Nothing in the pack overwrites your existing config — names are pack-prefixed where collisions are likely.
Can I use it on multiple machines? +
Yes. The license is per person, not per device. Install on your laptop, your home desktop, your work machine, your VPS — anywhere you run Claude Code.
What if I'm not using Claude Code yet? +
The Quick Start has a five-minute install section that gets Claude Code running on macOS or Linux from zero. If you can install Node and run a CLI, you can use the pack.
Lifetime updates — what does that mean exactly? +
Every future v1.x release of Power Pack — new component versions, prompt tuning, fixes — is included with your purchase. You get a versioned download link that always points to the latest build. Major v2 changes (if they ever happen) would be a separate product.
What's the refund policy? +
14 days, no questions. Email agentstack.team@proton.me with your order number and the refund is processed same-day. No "tell us why" form, no retention attempt.
